  • On a scale of 1-10, overall satisfaction rate with the Fly Louie Alliance is 8.9, with 44% of members rating the program a 10. With no membership fees and a growing list of savings opportunities, Alliance members clearly appreciate the value and services offered.

  • Interest in at least two of new product concepts scored high in the survey. As a result, the Fly Louie team intends to move forward with the launch of at least one new benefit in Q2, with more on the way. These additions build on the Crew Travel, Fuel, Connect, and Health and Benefits programs already in place.

Napa Jet Center, an operator with four aircraft based in Napa, CA, shared positive feedback about Fly Louie Alliance membership, saying, “It isn’t just a fuel savings program. We’ve also booked a charter trip through Fly Louie. The savings and revenue opportunities are a great value.”
